GR8 GYMS website and mobile app Last updated: 11 October 2026 1. About us and these terms These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") apply to your use of the GR8 GYMS website and mobile app (together, the "Platform") and to everything you buy or book through it or at our locations: gym registration, gym slot reservations, extra time, women-only and private slots, personal training sessions, training and meal programs, event tickets, shop products and vending machine purchases (together, the "Services"). The Services are provided by SMET LEGACY GROUP LTD EOOD, registered in Bulgaria under company number UIC/EIK 208520909, VAT number BG208520909, with registered address at 157 Shesti Septemvri blvd., Tsentralen Distr., Apt. 17, Plovdiv 4000, Bulgaria ("GR8 GYMS", "we", "us"). Contact: smetlegacygroup@icloud.com | +359 89 498 6014 By creating an account, paying a registration fee, or making a booking or purchase, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use the Platform or the Services. Please also read our Privacy Policy. 2.Who can use the Services You must be 18 or older to register, we are not liable for users registering under age and using our facilities. You confirm that the information you give us is true and complete, and that you will keep it up to date. You confirm that you are physically fit to exercise, or that a doctor has cleared you to do so. If you have a medical condition or an injury, or are pregnant, speak to a doctor before training. 3. Your account You need an account to book and buy. Keep your login details confidential. You are responsible for activity on your account. One account per person. Accounts, bookings and wristbands are personal and nontransferable. You may not share your access or let others use your bookings. Registration fee and access To use the gym you pay a one-time registration fee of EUR [69] (excl. VAT). After registration, booking a one-hour gym slot is free. There is no monthly membership fee. Access lasts for [as long as GR8 GYMS operates the gym at the location(s) where you registered / your lifetime, as defined here: ...], unless your account is ended under section 17. The registration fee is not payment for a specific session. Each session must be reserved separately (section 6). Extra paid options (extra time, private slots, personal training, programs, events, shop and vending purchases) are charged separately. 5. RFID wristband and gym entry Entry to our gyms is by an RFID wristband linked to your account and your bookings. The wristband opens the door only for a slot you have booked, from [10] minutes before it starts until it ends. Your first wristband is [free]. The wristband is [yours to keep]. The wristband is personal. You must not lend it, and you must not let anyone enter without their own booking and wristband ("tailgating"). Breaking this rule is a serious breach of section 13. If you lose your wristband or it is damaged through misuse, tell us immediately so we can block it. A replacement costs 15 EUR. You may be responsible for use of a lost wristband until you report it. If the wristband or door system fails, contact us at [PHONE]. We will let you in or rebook you free of charge, and you will not be charged a late exit fee caused by our system. Entry and exit times are recorded by the wristband system to manage bookings, capacity and late exit fees. See our Privacy Policy. Emergency exits are available at all times. The emergency number is displayed at each location. GR8 GYMS Terms and Conditions v2 Page 2 of 8 6. Gym slots, reservations and extra time The gym works by reservation only. You must book a slot in the app. Entry without a booking is not allowed. A standard slot is one hour. Each slot has a maximum of 6 members. Extra time: when you book, you can add 30 minutes for EUR 1 or 60 minutes for EUR 2, if available. The extra time is added to the end of your slot and is shown at checkout. Women-only slots: some slots are marked "Women only" and are reserved for women. By booking one you confirm that you are eligible. We may cancel the booking of anyone who is not. Private slots: for an extra fee of 25 EUR per [2 hours], you can book the gym for yourself [with up to [5] guests] so that no other members are admitted. Private slots may be cancelled free of charge up to [1] hours before they start; after that the fee is not refunded. Arrive on time. We may release your place if you are more than [10] minutes late. Cancellation: you can cancel or change a booking free of charge up to [1] hours before it starts. Paid extras are not refunded. Repeated no-shows may lead to booking restrictions. We may cancel or move a session (for example for maintenance, staff absence or safety). If we do, we will tell you as soon as we can, refund any paid extras, and you can rebook another slot. 7. Late exitfee You must leave the gym by the end of your booked slot, including any extra time you bought. If you stay longer, a late exit fee of EUR 1 for each started 5 minutes applies, after a grace period of [5] minutes, up to a maximum of 6 EUR per visit. The fee covers the extra use of the facility and the space blocked for the next members. Time is measured by your wristband exit scan, or by our system records. We will show the fee in your account and may charge it to the payment method on your account, or request payment. Unpaid fees may prevent you from making new bookings. No fee applies if the delay was caused by us, for example a door or system fault. 8. Personaltraining Personal training sessions are booked and paid per session, at the price shown at checkout. GR8 GYMS Terms and Conditions v2 Page 3 of 8 You may cancel a session free of charge up to [1] hours before it starts. After that, the session fee [is charged in full]. Trainers give general fitness guidance. This is not medical, physiotherapy or nutrition advice. If your trainer is unavailable, we will offer another trainer or a new time, or refund the session fee. 9. Meal and training programs (12 weeks) We sell a 12-week meal and training program for 250 EUR (excl. VAT). It is delivered digitally through [email] and you may access it for [12 months] after purchase. The program is for your personal use only. You may not copy, share or resell it. It is general guidance, not medical, dietitian or physiotherapy advice. Check with a doctor before starting, especially if you have a health condition, allergies, or are pregnant. Results vary from person to person. Because the program is digital content, at checkout you will be asked to agree that delivery starts immediately and that you lose your right of withdrawal once it starts (see section 15). 10.Events and tickets Events are held in person at the date, time and venue shown in the app. A ticket gives entry for one person to that event only. Tickets cannot be resold. If we cancel an event, we will refund the ticket price. If we change the date or time, you may request a refund within [7] days of the notice. You may cancel a ticket up to [X] days before the event, unless the event page says otherwise. We may refuse entry to anyone who breaks the rules in section 13. 11. Shop and vending machines Online shop The shop sells physical products (such as supplements and accessories). Product descriptions and prices are as shown at the time of order. Prices include VAT. Delivery: to the addresses and by the methods shown at checkout. Delivery times are estimates. GR8 GYMS Terms and Conditions v2 Page 4 of 8 Returns: you may return unopened products in their original condition within 14 days of receiving them (see section 15). Opened supplements and sealed food products cannot be returned for health and hygiene reasons, unless faulty. Faulty products: if a product is damaged or does not match its description, contact us. You have legal rights to repair, replacement, price reduction or refund under Bulgarian consumer law, and these Terms do not limit them. Vending machines Our locations have vending machines selling sport snacks and drinks. Prices are shown on the machine and include VAT. Payment methods accepted are shown on the machine. If a machine takes your payment and does not dispense the product, contact us using the details on the machine for a refund. Read product labels, including ingredients and allergens. Energy drinks and some supplements are not suitable for children, pregnant women or people sensitive to caffeine. Supplements are not medicines. Do not use them if you are pregnant, under 18, or have a medical condition without medical advice. 12. Prices and payment All prices are in euro (EUR) and include VAT, unless stated otherwise. Payments are processed by our payment providers ([Stripe / PayPal]) and, where you buy through the app, possibly by the Apple App Store or Google Play. Apple and Google have their own terms for purchases made through them. If a payment fails, we may cancel the booking or order. We may change prices. A price change does not affect bookings or orders you have already paid for. 13. Gym rules and conduct You agree to: follow the gym rules displayed at the venue and in the app; use equipment correctly, wipe it after use, and return weights to their place; wear suitable clothing and footwear; respect other members, and not harass, discriminate, or behave aggressively; not record or photograph other members without their consent; GR8 GYMS Terms and Conditions v2 Page 5 of 8 not bring in prohibited substances, or train while under the influence of alcohol or drugs; not damage equipment or the wristband system, or let others in without a booking. See our Privacy Policy.] We may suspend or end your account without refund of unused services if you seriously or repeatedly break these rules or put others at risk. 14. Health and safety, and our liability Exercise carries a risk of injury. You train at your own risk, within your abilities. Nothing in these Terms limits or excludes our liability for death or personal injury caused by our negligence, for fraud, for intentional or grossly negligent conduct, or for anything the law does not allow us to limit. Subject to that, we are not liable for loss of or damage to personal belongings that you leave at the venue, or for indirect losses such as lost profit. Our total liability to you for a claim relating to a Service is limited to the price you paid for that Service, except where the law does not allow this limit. 15. Your rightto withdraw (14 days) If you buy online or through the app, you generally have 14 days to withdraw from the contract without giving a reason, under Bulgarian and EU consumer law. Shop products: 14 days from delivery. You pay the return postage unless the product was faulty. We will refund you within 14 days of getting the product back or proof that you sent it. Registration fee: 14 days from payment. If you ask us to start the Services immediately and you have already used the gym, we may deduct a fair amount for what you have used. Gym slots, extra time, women-only and private slots, personal training and event tickets: these are leisure services for a specific date or period, so the right to withdraw does not apply once booked. You can cancel under sections 6, 8 and 10. Digital programs (section 9): you lose the right of withdrawal once delivery has started with your express consent and acknowledgement. Vending machine purchases: these are made in person and are not distance contracts. To withdraw, email [EMAIL] with your name, order details and a clear statement that you withdraw. GR8 GYMS Terms and Conditions v2 Page 6 of 8 16.Intellectual property and community content The GR8 GYMS name, logo, app, text, images, videos and programs belong to us or our licensors. You may use them only for your personal use of the Services. If you post in community groups, you stay the owner of your content, but give us a free licence to display it on the Platform. Do not post unlawful, offensive or private information of others. We may remove content that breaks these Terms. 17.Ending your account You may close your account at any time from the app or by emailing us. Closing your account does not by itself entitle you to a refund of the registration fee, except under section 15 or where the law requires. We may suspend or end your account for serious or repeated breaches (section 13), fraud, or unpaid fees, with notice where possible. If we permanently close the gym: we will give at least [30] days' notice. [Decide: whether a partial refund of the registration fee applies, for example reducing over [X] years.] 18. Changes to the Platform and theseTerms We may update the Platform, the Services and these Terms, for example to reflect changes in law or in what we offer. We will tell you about material changes in the app or by email at least [14] days before they apply. If you disagree, you may close your account. Continuing to use the Services after the change means you accept the new Terms. 19. Complaints and dispute resolution If you have a problem, please contact us first at [EMAIL]. We aim to reply within [14] days. You may also contact the Bulgarian Commission for Consumer Protection (www.kzp.bg) or a competent alternative dispute resolution body. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer. 20. Governing law These Terms are governed by Bulgarian law. Disputes will be heard by the competent courts in Bulgaria. If you are a consumer in another EU country, you also keep the mandatory consumer protections of your country of residence. GR8 GYMS Terms and Conditions v2 Page 7 of 8 21. General If any part of these Terms is found to be invalid, the rest stays in force. Our failure to enforce a right is not a waiver of it. These Terms, together with our Privacy Policy and the gym rules, are the whole agreement between you and us about the Services. 22.
